ASICS BLAST™ FAMILY

The NOVABLAST™ 2 and DYNABLAST shoes are a relatively new shoe to the ASICS brand. It’s designed for the young fitness runner who uses running as one of several ways to stay in shape. One of its main features is its bounciness, so our campaign focused on a colorful, fun, bouncy concept.

Key Visuals

Each campaign begins with the creation of key visuals which are the basis for the look and feel of all digital assets. The KV’s are also used for in-store creative and are the primary images, layouts and copy used for key campaign materials.

Stop Motion Animation

The creative team was inspired by an artist, Coco Perry, who does stop motion animation. We enlisted her help to create this fun bouncy social media animation that really harkens back to the bounciness for the NOVABLAST shoe. I am thrilled with how it came out!

 

Digital Assets

This campaign included a suite of digital assets, translated in multiple languages for ASICS global regions. Typical digital campaign assets include landing pages, ecomm banners for multiple platforms, emails series for different consumer touchpoints, email banners, organic social, paid social, and paid media.

3D Animation Video

The concept for this animation, pitched by the design & copy team, was to show the bounciness of the shoes with a trampoline visual metaphor. We partnered with Diego Cavallaro and Edu Torres who are 3D artists in Barcelona to bring this to life. They not only improved on our concept, but created a visually stunning animation with custom music.
